HOW CAN I PLACE A BASKET ORDER?

You can easily place an order by completing the form at the bottom of the Order Now page. Once submitted, you will be contacted directly to discuss your basket details, ask/answer any questions, and confirm your order.


IS THERE FLEXIBILTY WITH BASKET SIZE SELECTION AND TOTAL BUDGET? 

Yes! If you desire a basket size or have a budget outside of the established pricing list, that can usually be accommodated without issue. Kate will work with you one-on-one to create a basket that fits your vision, while staying within your desired budget—even if it’s not listed on the website. To ensure satisfaction with your order, it is recommended to share any specific budget requests directly when placing your order.


CAN I CUSTOMIZE A GIFT BASKET?

Every Krafted by Kate basket is fully customized to suit the occasion, recipient, and budget. If you have a specific theme in mind—or even a special gift you’ve purchased that you’d to incorporate in your basket—Kate would be happy to make it happen. It is preferred that any special requests or inclusions be communicated directly to ensure your basket is crafted exactly as you envision.


WHAT OCCASIONS DO YOU ORDER BASKETS FOR?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

For your convenience, Krafted by Kate accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay
  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Cash (for in-person orders)

Payment is due according to your invoice terms—typically a $20-$200 deposit at booking (depending on your specific order), with the balance due at delivery or pick-up. Full payment at the time of booking is also welcomed.
